About Dale: Dale is the Managing Director of Peak Fitness Challenge and has been operating the business for 8 years. He has a Diploma in Teaching, Bachelor of Education & Certificate IV in Personal Training. He is also a qualified Level 1 & Advanced ‘Thump’ Instructor, has an Advanced Boot Camp/Outdoor Group Fitness accreditation, has Gymstick for PT’s and Gymstick Muscle accreditations and a Medicine Ball Training accreditation. Dale has lectured in Physical Education at Victoria University and presented at the Victorian PE teachers conference for the past 3 years. He believes that fitness and activity should be a lifelong approach and is passionate about his business and helping people achieve their goals.
About Mary: Mary's title is Health & Wellness Educator with qualifications of Diploma of Education, Graduate Diploma of Education (Literacy) and also studies in naturopathy. She's been the owner of Mammoth Health for the past 8 years – now a 2010 Geelong Excellence Business award winner (and she is very excited about this!). Her philosophy is a holistic approach to health and wellness (she has developed 7 principles to holistic health) to identifying the cause of health problems, addressing the cause to restore and rebalance to wellness and then stepping it up to optimum health – (optimum health is where her passion lies).
About Nick: Dr Nick Hodgson is a chiropractor and health and wellness coach working in Belmont. Nick focuses on providing the very latest in cutting edge body-mind natural health care. He was recognised for his contributions to chiropractic in 2005 being named the Victorian Chiropractor of the Year. Nick has a caring, people oriented, results based approach and has been in practice for 21 years. He is also an elite Masters Track and Field athlete having won gold medals at Victorian, Australian and World levels.
About Nathan: Nathan Wilson is Director and principal Physiotherapist of Pace Physiotherapy. Nathan has worked in the field of Physiotherapy for over ten years both in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. His area of specialty is in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Nathan has an interest in low back pain and rehabilitation using stabilisation exercise and clinical Pilates. Nathan's motto is ‘Movement through Control’.
